Prices shown are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and can change without notice — the price at checkout when you place your order is what applies. We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) if a listed price was a genuine error, or if an item goes out of stock before your order is confirmed.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Fonepay QR payment. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full to the delivery rider at the time of delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — they can be affected by weather, strikes/bandh, or courier delays outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and reachable; repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

We do our best to keep product photos, descriptions, and specifications accurate and up to date. Actual packaging or minor specifications may vary slightly by batch or supplier. If something you received doesn't match what you ordered, see our Return & Refund Policy.

If you sign in with a Google account, you're responsible for keeping that account secure. Please don't use the site to place fraudulent orders or attempt to access other customers' data.
