What we collect

Order details

Your name, phone number, delivery address, and email — only what's needed to process and deliver your order.

Account info

If you sign in with Google, we store your name, email, and profile photo to show your order history and speed up checkout.

Browsing activity

Items you've recently viewed and your wishlist, stored in your browser session, to make shopping more convenient.

Messages

Anything you send us via the Contact page or WhatsApp, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We don't store your payment card details — Cash on Delivery and Fonepay payments are handled without us ever seeing or keeping card numbers.

How we use your information

Fulfilling orders

Processing payment, arranging delivery, and sending order confirmations/updates.

Customer support

Responding to questions, warranty claims, and return requests.

Improving the shop

Understanding which products and pages are popular, so we can stock and organize better.

Who we share it with

Only the people directly involved in getting your order to you: our delivery riders/courier for your address and phone number, and our SMTP email provider for sending order confirmations. We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and order history, correct inaccurate details, or stop receiving update messages at any time — just reach out via the Contact page or WhatsApp.
