  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch/shipping, whichever comes first.

  • For in-store purchases, cancellations must be requested before the product is billed or prepared.

āŒ Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Orders for custom-built PCs, special order items, or pre-installed software are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

  • Clearance or promotional sale items cannot be cancelled after purchase.

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 3ā€“5 business days via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be provided in-store or via bank transfer.
